About the event

One Health, an integrated approach to human, animal and environmental health, is increasingly recognised as essential for tackling complex threats such as antimicrobial resistance (AMR), climate change, and zoonotic diseases. 

The UK and Brazil will co-host a Symposium on One Health, with a focus on addressing the impact of climate change and biodiversity loss on the health of humans, animals, plants and ecosystems, as well as highligthing the importance of collaboration across sectors and regions.

Join us for vital discussions on this approach and help strengthen partnerships between the United Kingdom and Latin America. 

How to attend this event

This event will take place in person in Brasília (Brazil) and online. It will be held in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and simultaneous translation will be provided.
