INSOL International is committed to fostering a truly inclusive global community. We believe our seminars should be accessible to professionals worldwide, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, age, disability, or socioeconomic background.
We are proud to offer our Diversity & Inclusion Delegate Place Scheme for this seminar. The scheme is designed to support talented professionals from underrepresented groups who may otherwise be unable to attend at a pivotal stage in their careers. Successful applicants will receive a full delegate pass, including access to all conference sessions and networking events.
Application
The scheme is primarily intended for individuals from underrepresented groups who believe they would significantly benefit from attending the seminar.
Applicants are invited to submit two concise paragraphs outlining:
Selection
All applications are reviewed by a dedicated committee. In its deliberations, the committee uses recognised definitions of protected characteristics as a starting point, while acknowledging that diversity takes many forms and should be interpreted in the broadest and most inclusive sense.
To safeguard applicant privacy, committee members sign confidentiality agreements and applications are assessed anonymously wherever practicable.
The selection process does not seek to rank or compare different forms of diversity. Our aim is to ensure that seminar delegations reflect the breadth and diversity of the global restructuring and insolvency community. The committee’s decisions are final and confidential, and no correspondence regarding outcomes will be entered into.
Awards
Successful applicants will receive a full delegate ticket to this event.
Please note that two Diversity & Inclusion Delegate Places are available for this seminar.
Please email Monika Dobrzynska to request an application form.
The deadline to submit the application form is 27 April 2026.
