Cancellation policy

The registration is only confirmed once the payment has been received.

- All cancellations must be requested by email (baso@beyond-associations.be)
- A 100% cancellation policy applies

Confirmation

- In case of an individual booking, the participant will receive an email confirmation when the registration is final.
- In case of a group booking the registration confirmation can be sent to the group responsible or to the individual delegate, depending on the email address that is filled out in the field "Email Correspondence" on the first page of the registration form.
