    Why purchase PS consultancy hours?

    Do you need assistance with elements of a reg build? Or perhaps some best-practice advice on how to manage an event? PS consultancy hours provide you with direct access to expert PS resources and serve as a retainer for you to utilise as and when required throughout your contract.

    Consultancy Hours Overview

    Consultancy hours are made available to you, to be used at your discretion for assistance with items such as:

    • Clone event
    • Create event
    • Reporting best practices
    • Additional registration configuration if required
    • Understanding of reg-flow skills-transfer
    • Admin best practices
    • Using the software to best manage your event (best-practices and guidance)

    Hours are logged and collated with a reconciliation report of hours used and made available to you as required.
