GPW21 Online Workshops & Hybrid Sessions

How to attend online workshops and hybrid sessions?

Online Workshops will all take place online (virtually). Attendees can engage in workshops that have been prepared by our partner organizers. To participate in online workshops, you must first register to attend. Once you have registered, you will be able to join online workshops from your Virtual Lobby. Details on how to register and join Online Workshops can be found below.

For the full GPW21 experience, be sure to register by clicking on the link below. Only registered attendees will have access to the new Geneva Peace Week app, networking features, the Virtual Lobby, session calendar invites, reminders and more!

Please follow the steps below to register for Online Workshops and Hybrid Sessions:

  • View the 'Agenda' below. 
  • Select the workshops you want to attend by clicking on the 'Add to my Agenda' buttons. 
  • Confirm your selections and complete your registration by clicking on the 'Register Here' button.
  • Open your confirmation email to receive your personal reference number (needed for the Virtual Lobby).
  • Join Online Workshops during GPW21 by logging into your Virtual Lobby or through the mobile app.

The agenda below allows you to click on workshops titles for more information on the content and lineup of speakers. You can filter the Agenda according to the date, time, and the eight thematic tracks for GPW21. To print the agenda, click on the print icon below.

Hybrid Sessions will be held both online and in-person at Auditorium Ivan Pictet, Maison de la paix, Geneva. Please note that an indoor public session is limited to attendees with a Swiss or European COVID certificate, and that a face masks must be worn to all in-person events in the Maison de la paix. There will be a maximum amount of attendees who can join in-person sessions, and we ask you to only register if you can definitely come. Please note that registration for an in-person session will not guarantee entry upon arrival, and that registered participants will be allowed inside on a first-come-first-served basis.
