In 2019/20, we provided a record £4.4billion in support of 339 companies exports’ to 69 countries. In this session, Jane Cooper, London & South East Regional Head, Export Finance Manager, will give an overview of UKEF’s products and services, including our Export Working Capital and Bond Support schemes and Export Development Guarantee. Using case studies, you will hear practical information on how UKEF can support you doing business in-market to secure contracts and realise your export potential.

Africa’s population is expected to reach 2 billion by 2050, and considering continued urbanization and climate change, Africa’s ability to feed itself is at great risk unless significant transformations occur across its economy and agricultural sector. This panel will bring together leaders from Deutsche Bank, CIITTA, the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, EXEO Capital and the Department for International Trade to discuss how projects, such as the Green Imperative Project, are changing the agricultural landscape of Africa and what opportunities these bring for UK exporters looking to enter and grow in this emerging market.
