Q1: What are the entry conditions to the Swiss-Tech Convention Centre?

The AIPC Annual Conference will be a COVID-FREE event.

To get access to the Swiss-Tech Convention Centre, all participants need to provide :

  • A negative PCR test dated less than 72 hours
  • or to be fully vaccinated (second injection given at least two weeks prior the conference)
  • or a Covid cure certificate (not more than 6 months)

Delegates complying with the above will given a colored bracelet granting them access to the venue. Should you fail to provide one of those certificated you will not be able to access the center until you have done a rapid test.

All participants have to make sure to have a QR code on their certificates in order for it to be scanned and validated before entering the building.

You can do a rapid test on the EPFL site : https://www.epfl.ch/campus/security-safety/sante/coronavirus-covid-19/centre-de-test-ecublens-epfl/ (it is on the EPFL Campus – near STCC). It is very important that you take an appointment, the free slots are taken very rapidly, so the sooner the better… When doing the test/ filling in the form you will have to ask for a certificate WITH a QR code, this is very important.
