REGISTRATION FEES

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

• AIPC Member - Complimentary registration for high performers:
  Each organization which has at least one paying participants is entitled to apply for a complementary pass for a high performer within her/his organization. A high performer is somebody with 5 to 7 years of experience in the event industry and who is expected to reach the highest management level within your organization within the next 3 to 5 years.
• Non-Member delegate are guests and observers attending the event upon the invitation and with approval of the AIPC Board of Directors. Observers are potential members invited by the Board of by other APC members.
• AIPC Business Partners are companies that pay an annual fee to AIPC or that participate based on the provision of services to AIPC.
• Invited Editorial Media are selected working media representatives that are actively engaged with AIPC on an ongoing basis. The registration fee is waived for such individuals.
• Editorial media are represented by the Editor in Chief of those working media who wish to attend the conference in order to create editorial content and who may request access via the AIPC secretariat. If accepted, they will be required to pay the non-member registration fee in order to attend.
• Non-editorial staff
  Non-Editorial staff of industry publications may attend if they are an AIPC Business Partner and under the terms of their publication’s Business Partner agreement. There is no provision for the attendance by non-editorial media representatives who are not AIPC business partners.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the full registration fee payment (if applicable). No registrant will be entitled to access the event if full payment is not received. Registrants whose payment was not received by 2 weeks before the Online Event Day will be required to pay by credit card in order to access the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the AIPC Conference Secretariat (events@aipc.org)

• For cancellations received up to and including June 9, 2021, a cancellation fee of €100 will be charged.
• For cancellations received on and after June 1, 2021, no refund will be given, full amount required. Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company.

Refunds will be made after the conference

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Credit card payments are processed using the PCI compliant payment platform Stripe. Checks will not be accepted. All delegates are advised to arrange for full payment prior to the event to avoid any delays in accessing the online event platform or collecting their badges. No platform access nor badge will be issued to delegates with an outstanding payment.

Access and Connectivity for the Online Event

All participants are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection of sufficient bandwidth in order to access and interact in the online event platform. AIPC will not be held responsible for any event access issues due to the participant’s connection or service providers, system configuration or any other information technology issues beyond its control.

Travel and Transportation for the Onsite Event

All participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and transportation.

LIABILITY

Event Programme Change

For organisational reasons, and/or reasons beyond the control of AIPC, AIPC reserves the right to alter the timing, content and format of the programme without prior notice at any time before or during the event.

Event Cancellation, Insurance, and Liability

ONLINE EVENT
AIPC will not bear any liability for any loss or damage resulting from delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure to perform was due to conditions were beyond AIPC’s reasonable control, including electrical outage or internet failure
