Trade Adviser & Marketing Executive– I am agritech lead for Ireland, assisting UK agritech companies in their export journey to Ireland. I am also responsible for all social media and communications activity for DIT Ireland.

Prior to joining DIT I worked in Ibec, Ireland’s largest lobby and business representative group. I have a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from University College Dublin, a European Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Dublin Institute of Technology and more recently a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Irish Times Training.

As a Trade Advisor with DIT Ireland, I work with companies in the construction and infrastructure sectors as they export to Ireland. I also engage with potential buyers in the Irish market to understand their needs and where the opportunities for UK exporters may be.

Prior to joining DIT in July 2020, I worked in the private sector connecting firms in the Asia-Pacific region to the insights that inform major investment decisions. In my spare time, I enjoy walks along the Irish coast with my border collie, baking and doing Pilates. 

Trade Adviser working with the Department for International Trade’s team in Ireland. Focus on assisting UK companies who export to Ireland or are seeking to do so. I work primarily with UK exporters and Irish buyers in healthcare and the wider life science sectors. 

Prior to joining DIT in early 2020, I worked for a company providing services to Irish healthcare providers in the public and private sector. In my spare time, I enjoy running, hiking and (at least pre-Covid) following my local football team in Dublin (as well as Liverpool F.C.!)

Head of Trade for DIT’s Ireland team – besides managing the trade team, my focus is on the offshore wind sector and its emerging commercial opportunities for UK companies that have experience and expertise working in this sector. While working for DIT, I have covered a range of sectors and have also worked in the Chancery part of the British Embassy here in Dublin for a short while.

Prior to joining DIT, I have worked both in private industry in the tech sector and for the Irish public service in export development. In my free time, I can be found hiking across the Irish countryside either alone or with my two dogs.
