Congress is intended for orthopaedic surgeons other speciality medical doctors, residents.

The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

The event will be photographed and the photos will be made public.

NOF2022 Organising committee hopes everyone who registers for the congress will be able to attend. However, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. 
The Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

In case of Delegate Registration cancellation will strictly adhere to the following Cancellation / Refund Policy:
- All cancellations must either be submitted online on the Delegate profile page or sent in writing to NOF2022@eventas.lt
- The notification about cancellation must reach the Congress Secretariat 7 calendar days before Congress for a full refund less than 10 euro handling fee;
- If the written cancellation reaches the Congress Secretariat less than 7 calendar days before Congress, half of Delegate fee will be delivered to the Delegate;
- Refund will be processed after the Congress, after 9 September 2022.

In case of the Congress cancellation will strictly adhere to the following Cancellation / Refund Policy:
- Full refund will be delivered to the Delegate, if the Congress is cancelled by the Organizer or due to Force Majeure.
