Rollo is Head of the Technology team covering Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia supporting UK companies to export to those markets and working with foreign companies looking to set up or expand their presence in the UK.

George Belias sat in the cockpit as an entrepreneur, investor, portfolio and financial manager for more than 18 years and more recently as a commercial partnerships manager. George started his career as an entrepreneur in Chicago, IL and found himself being part of large investment funds such as the Vanguard Funds amongst others. He is passionate about combining his financial, manufacturing and business expertise with technology solutions in building teams and companies and designing products/services that profoundly solve industry's challenges. When George moved to England he worked closely with global investment and advisory firms, engineers and scientists working on foundational deep technology, to help bring technology out of the lab and the industry. Currently, George is the Digital Catapult Commercial Manager with a primary focus on commercial and CR&D activities via the technologies of AI/ML, Future Networks, Immersive and Distributed Systems.

Justin Cross is Senior Innovation Partner at Digital Catapult, with a strong background in business transformation, innovation consultancy and startup collaborations, Justin brings a wealth of creative talent and experience to the role. Before beginning his career in innovation, Justin held a number of senior positions across the creative industries in a career spanning music, advertising, and entertainment. Launching and becoming Managing Director for WPP’s first UK innovation agency, BLINK, afforded him the opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate innovation, startups and emerging technologies. After four years of designing and delivering global innovation programmes for the likes of Mars Inc, Warner Music and GSK he moved to a business development position for a founder community startup, F6S. In his role as Senior Innovation Partner for Digital Catapult, Justin specialises in bridging the gap between corporates and startups. Designing and delivering programmes which help businesses adapt and grow in a continuously changing technology landscape.

Alexander is a Co-founder and Chief Global Strategist of Senseye – a leader in Scalable Predictive Maintenance. His background in Digital Systems Engineering and early work on one of the largest wireless sensor networks in the world has enabled Alex to bridge the gap between the real-world and the promises of the Industrial Internet of Things with a successful career developing software for Condition Based Maintenance in industries as diverse as aerospace, defence, manufacturing and transportation. Alex likes cats, technology, cars and keeping things simple.

Asim has an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from City University in London. He has worked in a number of technical and commercial roles over the past 17 years for companies such as QinetiQ, Flowmaster and Ansys. He has extensive understanding of software product design and requirements for industrial sectors and was responsible for establishing and managing multi-million pound sales channels for engineering simulation products across the world.

Iain is a Chartered Engineer and holds a D.Eng in Process Modelling and Simulation. He leads XpertRule's Digital Manufacturing group and has over 30 years’ experience in the Manufacturing sector, working with Blue Chip Companies, SMEs, and Technology start-ups. He is passionate about manufacturing excellence and growth through the adoption of Data Driven Intelligent Manufacturing Technologies and reaching the Net Zero Emissions goals. He has over 2 decades of experience in applying AI technologies to the improvement of the performance of manufacturing plants.

Stephen is co-founder of catsAi, the creators of the worlds first (and only) AI Demand Predictions as-a-service product. His background extends from high-end technology into strategy consulting in investment banking over 20 years.
