This event focuses on the severe impact of extreme climate events and of pests on Alpine environments. Leading international scientists and experts will debate how forest management solutions can address climate change, how management of mountain watersheds can benefit from both earth observation programmes such as Copernicus and from artificial intelligence, high performance computing and cloud platform solutions.

 

The event will be held in a hybrid format. For the in-person format there will be limited capacity due to Coronavirus restrictions.
