The DIT's Global Entrepreneur Programme's Global AI Competition is looking to uncover the most innovative AI companies from across the world who will benefit from having their presence in the United Kingdom.

This powers excellent research and development, as well as commercial successes led by the collaborative nature of partnerships between businesses and universities. Promoted through government incentives such as grants or tax credits for building meaningful and commercially successful AI solutions.

 

The UK is also a great growth opportunity for your business when targeting certain industries such as Health (NHSx), Media (WPP group) Financial Services (Barclays) or Insurance (Lloyds of London) to name but a few. Where data, partnerships and commercial opportunities abound.

This competition is an opportunity to pitch to an esteemed panel of expert judges from a mix of investors through to AI innovators.

  • Showcase the outstanding companies through social media exposure, and access to esteemed expert judges.

 

Criteria

  • Founders must have ambitions to grow globally by
  1. Establishing a global HQ or major R&D centre in the UK within the next 12-24 months.
  2. relocating with the business to the UK
  • Have cutting edge technology in the fields of Artificial Intelligence or use existing AI technology in an innovative way.
  • Companies must be beyond proof of concept and have local traction.
