With the scene set for growth the UK is building back better. The UK real estate industry has a key role to play in the ongoing recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and driving the changes required to decarbonise the built environment. The sector is well placed to create the hundreds of thousands of homes plus the schools, medical facilities, and other amenities that new and expanded places will need, and realise the development potential created by road, rail, and infrastructure improvements. Delivering this change and harnessing the opportunities created by it will catalyse levelling up, and lead to a more prosperous and sustainable economy spreading to every part of the UK. 

The UK Pavilion at MIPIM 2022 welcomes you to a programme of talks, seminars and discussions showcasing the UK’s competitive advantages. Working with international investors is key to enabling the significant capital investment opportunities the UK has to offer. There are many investors right across the world who have already chosen the UK. The country has an open, liberal economy, world class talent and business-friendly taxation. Government support is substantial in terms of generating the right environment for inward investment to thrive. Real estate investors will help secure the UK’s future - building the workspaces that inspire innovation and improve productivity, the homes we cherish and the buildings and spaces that create communities.
