Rachel Skinner, President of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) (2020/21) outlines a brand new initiative “The Carbon Project” launched in July 2020 which highlights the role that the sector can play to achieve net zero emissions.

Attendees will be able to hear more from Rachel who will be participating in the UK's programme at Expo 2020 Dubai.
