A celebration of UK food and drink!
Open to the General public on the 19th and 20th February 2022, the UK Pavilion hosted an immersive showcase of food and drink from across the UK. Celebrating the rich heritage of British and Northern Irish produce and showcasing some of the inspiring innovations being produced today, Expo visitors were able to visit the showcase and find out what the UK has to offer through tasters and interactive activities.
We are rightly proud of UK food and drink. From seafood to cheese, to plant-based snacks and much more, our food is recognised internationally its innovative approach, great taste and exceptional quality. Giant cheeseboard
Did you know that the U.K. is home to over 700 varieties of cheese. Visitors sampled a few of our award-winners on our huge cheeseboard, alongside delicious crackers.
Seafood station
As an island nation, our seas, rivers and lochs are full of plentiful seafood that’s landing in stores and restaurants around the world. Visitors were able to taste some delicious smoked salmon on our market stall and try their hand at our fishing game to learn more about the sector.

Belvoir Farm lies deep in the Leicestershire countryside, tucked away among the wild hedgerows and unruly shrubs of the Vale of Belvoir. Our amazing team of foodies and thinkers, tasters and sales folk, and packers are here – working together, with nature, to craft our range of premium soft drinks.
Our first bottle of Belvoir elderflower cordial was made in the Vale too – almost 40 years ago, in the farmhouse kitchen of our owner, Peverel Manners.
Wild elderflower spilled into Pev’s family garden and, together, they transformed it into cordial. Selling it to local farm shops was a simple business idea that took root and grew – and we use that original elderflower cordial recipe to this day.
Our premium range of soft drinks has now flourished, including cordials – to dilute – and lightly sparkling, which are ready to drink. Each crafted by taking simple ingredients – natural fruits, hand-picked flowers, fresh juices and spices – with all the subtle and sublime flavours of nature.

Launched in early 2021, with the aim of creating the next generation of chocolate, H!P uses a creamy oat milk base and vegan-friendly ingredients, to make a delicious chocolate bar that can be enjoyed by anyone. Traditionally, vegan chocolate is naturally dark, whereas H!P uses oat milk to mimic the use of dairy in ‘regular’ milk chocolate bars. H!P launched with 4 core flavours, and since then has launched 3 limited edition products, and a new flavour launched last month.
