HRD Corp Claimable Course!

The HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL-KHAS) Scheme is a programme in Malaysia that allows companies to send their employees for conferences and training at no extra cost, meaning Malaysian delegates are able to attend for free as part of an employee training programme.

Training Courses: The scheme covers a wide range of approved courses designed to upskill employees in various areas, like leadership, technical skills, and industry-specific knowledge.

Funding: Companies that contribute to HRD Corp’s fund (through a mandatory payroll deduction for registered companies) can use that money to cover the cost of training. It works as a prepaid balance that companies can use for employee training.

No Upfront Payment: Employers don’t need to pay for the training upfront. Instead, they register their employees for the course and claim the training costs directly from HRD Corp.
