Student Board Member Induction

About the event

This session is aimed at all student board members. In this session, you will gain an understating of governance within the college sector and explore your dual role as students’ association officer and college board member using various scenarios.

You will learn how to work with the different roles on the board, building relationships, and recognising the importance of power dynamics and equality and diversity.

You will also have the opportunity to hear from and ask questions to key leaders within colleges including:
