Car Parking - Heriot-Watt
The Edinburgh Campus is easy to access by car from the centre of Edinburgh and from all major routes leading to the city. The University is half a mile from the Calder Junction of the A720 City of Edinburgh by-pass and the A71, and you'll see signs for Heriot-Watt University on your approach.
Parking is free of charge on the Heriot-Watt campus and is provided on a first come first serve basis. Pre-booking is not necessary. For those arriving by car you may park in any of the visitor car parks on Campus (A,B,G,H,I,J). Please see the campus map here. Car Park J is closest to the conference venue and H is an overflow.

Car Parking: Yes, charged £10 per day. Guests are also able to park their car on the Heriot-Watt campus free of charge should they wish.

Tuesday 18 April - Exhibition Opening & Welcome Reception
Join us for the AUCSO Exhibition Opening and Welcome Reception from 17.00 Tuesday 18 April at Heriot-Watt University, James Watt Centre. The Exhibtion Opening is a wonderful opportunity to meet our suppliers, exhibitors and fellow attendees. All AUCSO attendees are welcome to attend and the event is free of charge. Drinks will be available from 17.00 and a hot fork buffet will be served from 18.30. Dress code is smart casual.
Wednesday 19 April - AUCSO Networking Dinner
The AUCSO Networking Dinner will take place at Edinburgh Castle. Attendance is by pre-booking only and is included in the costs of registration for conference delegates. A bowl food style menu and drinks will be served from 19.30, and there will also be an oportunity to visit the Crown Jewels of Scotland. Please note, photography is not permitted of the Crown Jewels. Dress code is smart casual. Please ensure you wear comfortable shoes and dress for inclimate weather. The walk from the coach drop off point to the venue is outside and over uneven cobblestones.
Thursday 20 April - AUCSO Gala Dinner & Awards
This year the AUCSO Gala Dinner and Awards will take place at the Signet Library. Attendance is only available to those that have pre-booked. Dress code is Black Tie
