Global demand for lubricants has been relatively balanced for years especially in mature markets, but in growing economies such as Africa it is looking likely that demand will continue to increase for the foreseeable future and to drive the market forward. Alongside this, the demand for Group I base oils is expected to continue. With an aging vehicle fleet delaying a shift to Group II and even Group III, the African market still has a way to go to catch up with the rest of the world, but could we be at a turning point?

The 9th African Base Oils and Lubricants Conference will once again be returning to South Africa 2020. Providing both ample content, covering all the key topics related to the African base oils and lubricants market as well as ample networking, make sure to not miss out the event for the African market.
