Symposium - Adding Value to Food Waste
Attendees of the main hydrocolloids conference are welcome to also attend a free event after the conference, on Friday 13th September, 9.00 - 13.00. The symposium will take place in the School of Music, Clothworkers' Centenary Concert Hall, the same location as the main conference.
