Healthy Ageing Workshops - Virtual Networking

Following our successful 1st Healthy Ageing workshops we are launching the follow up as a virtual networking session on Wednesday 2 December 09.30 to 11.30 Spanish time (08.30 to 10.30 UK time) to find joint synergies and collaborate with other companies, institutions, research centres, etc.

The focus is always in innovation and technology in and around the Ageing Population with the objectives of increasing collaboration, make the “target” connections and enable motivating and efficient conversations.

We are partnering with the open innovation consultancy “Conexiones Improbables” – Unlikely Connections who are going to use their methodology to maximise outcomes of the meetings they suggest. We aim to connect 1:1 or 2:1 with the delegates according to your priorities. Once you are registered and before the workshop, we will send you a list of the other participants so that you can choose a few options to connect with.) Based on a “speed dating” methodology you will have the opportunity to exchange (formal or informal) information about your activity, your experiences on previous collaborations and your expectations and needs for future partnerships.

You will need to spare two hours 09.30 to 11.30 Spanish time (08.30 to 10.30 UK time).

Structure of the session:

09.30 – 09.40 Welcome by Maria Fitzpatrick – Department for International Trade Bilbao
09.40 – 10.00 Instructions & Useful Tips for a meaningful collaboration
10.00 – 10.50 Speed dating (3 rounds) to meet potential partners. Icebreakers will be provided.
