The 2022 Estonian Wind Energy Conference will endeavor to create the Estonian wind energy model of the future.
The first day of the conference, February 1, will be delving into the merits of foreign experience and research development.
Speakers from the UK and the Netherlands will discuss and reflect on how large-scale wind energy production has been built and further developed in these countries. In the second half of the day, we will approach large-scale storage and wind energy technological development through science.
The second day of the conference is aimed at the aspiration of creating a uniquely Estonian wind energy model.
The first half of the day, we will discuss job opportunities the development of wind energy will bring and the attitude of the population towards wind farms.
The second half of the day will be focused on network security, national defence, and nature conservation restrictions. In addition, we will discuss the country's renewable energy targets and roadmaps for achieving them.
The conference will be a hybrid event, physical participation at Mektory Tallinn and for those unable to come with a possibility to meet and watch the conference live. We also have a small exhibition at Mektory.
