Karin Rancuret
Sr. Business Development Manager US & Europe,
Holland International Distribution Council (HIDC)


Karin Rancuret (re-) joined the Holland International Distribution Council (HIDC) in 2023 as Sr. Business Development Manager for the US and Europe. In this role, Karin supports international companies that plan to set up, or restructure their European supply chains, by offering advice and feed-back on their plans and providing introductions to relevant contacts in the public and private sector in the Netherlands. Karin also looks after member acquisition and regularly organises events for members.

Prior to joining HIDC, Karin worked as Head of Inward Investment for the Department for International Trade at the British Consulate in Hong Kong. In the past Karin also worked for HIDC, focussing primarily on the Asian market.

 

     
 

David Hooper
Managing Director, Hooper & Co

David Hooper, an accomplished international trade professional with over 20 years of experience, is the Managing Director of Hooper and Co International Trade Consultancy Ltd and Director of Independent Freight Solutions Ltd. His expertise lies in providing training, advice, and consultancy to businesses engaged in international trade, specializing in customs, logistics, and the practical aspects of global commerce.

David's influence extends to advising government bodies, such as the Department of Business and Trade (DBT), chambers of commerce, and other intermediaries involved in supporting importers and exporters.
