The following information will be asked when uploading an abstract:
All submitted abstracts will be screened and considered for a poster or oral presentation by the Local Organising Committee of the International Transplantoux Symposium of 2019. Two (2) abstracts per session will be selected for an oral presentation.
The Local Organising Committee will email the submitting author a notification regarding acceptance or rejection by 17 January 2019; consequently, an accurate email address is critical.
If you do not receive a notification corresponding to your abstract submission by 18 January 2019, please contact the Operational and Administrative Secretariat.

Deadlines
- Abstract Submission Deadline: Wednesday 5 December 2018 (11:59 PM CEST) - deadline extended until Thursday 10 January 2019!
- Abstract Submission Feedback by Thursday 17 January 2019
- All abstracts, should be uploaded to the abstract submission system accessible via the "Abstract Submission"-button on the International Transplantoux Symposium website.
- All abstracts must be submitted electronically in .pdf format.
- All abstracts should be written in English.
- At the time of submission, the material should not have been previously published elsewhere.
- The title of the abstract should include all the words crucial for a subject index.
- The body of the abstract should be limited to maximum 300 words (figures or graphics are not accepted).
- The subject should treat one of the subjects of Session I, Session II, Session IV or Session V from the meeting programme.
- In addition, a title with a maximum of 45 characters should be submitted.
- If the abstract has more than one author, the main author should be clearly identified (fe: label: 'main author:')
