Please do not change your first name and last name in MyProfile tab, as a selected speaker is not allowed to designate a substitute in case he/she is not available. It is up to the Programme Committee or UITP Secretariat to make such a decision if relevant.

Important: this platform is dedicated only to candidates' speakers confirmed who are official exhibitors - meaning their company has purchased an exhibition space within the Summit.

Once logged in complete your personal information via the MyProfile tab - please make sure that all your personal details are correct and completed before 21st April 2023, as your profile will then be published on the website.
