IMPORTANT!

Please note abstract submission is only possible if the abstract presenter registers for onsite participation in Baveno. 
​​​​​​​Should the abstract presenter not be allowed to travel as per the travel restrictions in his/her country, please send a mail to secretariat@charcot-ms.org


Submit your abstract in just two single steps:

1. Create your profile:
- Select the login-tab in the upper left corner of this page
- Fill in the required information
- Set your password
- Upload your CV (pdf format)
- Upload your profile photo (jpg format)
- Confirm by selecting the green "save"-button.


2. Submit your abstract:
- Login to your profile with your email and password
- Select the submissions-tab in the upper left corner
- Select "add new" to create a new submission
- Choose your submission group and fill in the required information
- Upload your abstract (pdf format)
- Upload disclosure of potential conflicts of interest (pdf format)
- Confirm by selecting the "save and submit"-button
or, if your submission is not yet final,
- Select the "save & continue later"-button.
  With your email and password you can login again to update or complete the required information.

 Make sure to check the submission criteria before submitting your abstract.

Important deadlines to remember:
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, September 15th, 2023 (11:59 PM CEST)
  • Notification on abstract acceptance/rejection: Monday, October 2nd, 2023
  • Deadline to upload of poster (pdf format): Tuesday, October 31st, 2023
