The event licensing rules of the Government of Dubai require event organisers to obtain a speaker permit for all presenters participating in the 2024 ITS World Congress 60 days prior to the event.

​​​​​​​It is the responsibility of all presenters (speakers and moderators) to ensure the submission of the required details. 
Without a speaker permit, presenters will not be able to participate, and the presentation slot will have to be cancelled.
