Abstract submission for the BASO Free Communication Meeting is now open.
Make sure to check the submission criteria before submitting your abstract.
Submit your abstract in just two single steps:
1. Create your profile:
- Select the login-tab in the upper left corner of this page
- Fill in the required information
- Set your password
- Upload your CV (pdf format)
- Confirm by selecting the "save" button.
2. Submit your abstract:
- Login to your profile with your email and password
- Select the submissions-tab in the upper left corner
- Select "add new" to create a new submission
- Upload your abstract (pdf format)
- Upload disclosure of potential conflicts of interest (pdf format)
- Confirm by selecting the "save and submit" button
or, if your submission is not yet final,
or, if your submission is not yet final,
- Select the "save & continue later" button.
With your email and password you can login again to update or complete the required information.

Important deadlines to remember:
- Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday, October 30th, 2023 (11:59 PM CET)
- Notification on abstract acceptance/rejection: Friday, November 24th, 2023
