All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the COMy Scientific Committee following the abstract submission deadline date.

The Committee will accept up to 2 abstracts for e-poster presentation per presenting author. 

All accepted abstracts will be included in the 2025 COMy Congress as e-posters only and published on the COMy Congress Website.
A COMy e-poster template will be provided to all accepted authors and must be used for the final e-poster presentation.
All poster presenters will be asked to submit a short video introducing their work to accompany their e-poster.

 

1.  Use the following subtitles: Background, purpose, methods, results, and conclusions

2.  Full names of all authors

3.  Details of affiliation of all author(s); institution, city, country

4.  Contact email of the presenting author

 

Please note: Abstracts cannot exceed 300 words.

Prior to submission, please use ‘spell check’ within your abstract WORD document in order to avoid spelling errors.
