Welcome to the abstract and scientific symposia submission system

Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract and/or scientifc symposium for the Twelfth EDCTP Forum.

The contribution of abstract and symposium presenters is critical and we value your input.

Please sign into the abstract and symposium submission portal with your account email address and password.

If you are an existing user, we kindly ask that you Login.

If you are a new user, you will first have to register before being able to submit an abstract. Click the "Login" tab and then click on "New user? Click here".

Update your contact information

If you are logged in for the first time you will first have to update your contact information before being able to submit an abstract and/or symposium. Click the "My profile" tab to go to your profile page.

Submit a new abstract

To begin the abstracts and/or symposium submission process, please Login and click on the "Submissions" tab. Instructions on how to submit will be displayed on that page.

Edit previously created abstract / symposium

If you want to edit or submit a previously created abstract, click on the "Submissions" tab. Please note that submitted abstracts can only be viewed and changes are no longer possible. Saved, unsubmitted abstracts are still accessible for editing.

Review abstract / symposium

If you want to review an abstract, please Login and click on the "Submissions" tab. You will find the "Review" section at the bottom of the page.

Please be aware that abstracts / scientific symposia must be sumbitted via this platform by 23 February 2025.
