The 19TH European Congress of Clinical Neurophysiology will be held 9^th – 12^th September 2025 in the heart of London at the Central Hall Westminster.

OVERVIEW

You are cordially invited to submit an abstract for consideration for the poster presentation session during the 19^th European congress of Clinical Neurophysiology that will be held in London, United Kingdom on 9-12 September 2025. Of all submissions, up to 30 abstracts will be chosen for Oral Presentation. Please indicate if your abstract should be considered for Oral Presentation.

Presenting at the ECCN 2025 allows you to:

Share your research at the leading international forum for Clinical Neurophysiology.
Engage in open dialogue with some of the 800+ delegates for future collaborative opportunities.
Gain recognition among your peers.

Please review the guidelines before submitting your abstract. The abstract submission deadline is 28^th February 2025.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

The following guidelines apply to each abstract:

Submitted abstracts are limited to 400 words.

The following fields are required for each submission and will count toward the total word limit: Introduction/Background; Methods; Results; Conclusion.

Abstracts are accepted in English only.
Abstract should not contain statements alluding to result or conclusions not presented in the text.
No References, Tables, Figures, or Images are to be incorporated into the submitted abstracts.
All Non-standard Acronyms must be Defined
All Presenters Must Register and Pay to Attend the ECCN

Submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference. At least one author or co-author of each poster presentation is expected to register to attend ECCN 2025 no later than July 1st, 2025.

Previous Publication or Presentation

Abstracts will be published in CLINPH. If your submission has been published elsewhere, please note this will not be re-published.

By submitting an abstract to ECCN 2025, abstract authors agree that at least one author will attend the meeting and will be available to present on the date and at the time assigned.

SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

Poster session times & author attendance:

Poster Sessions will take place on Wednesday and Thursday (September 10^th and 11^th, 2025), corresponding with posted exhibitor hours. Each author will be assigned one day for exhibiting their poster.

Authors are required to display their posters all day on the day of their Poster Session during the allocated hours. Authors are expected to stand by and present their posters during the Poster Session.

Your poster should be displayed only during the dedicated day period. Please mount your poster in the morning and dismount it in the evening according to the dedicated day. All posters not taken down by then will be discarded. Mounting material will be provided on-site.

Abstract acceptances:

You will receive your acceptance notice and session timing/instructions via email by 30^th March 2025.

Please keep your email information up-to-date to ensure receipt of acceptance. Once poster presentations have been scheduled, the complexity of the program planning process prevents any changes in the type of session, time, or location of any presentation. There are no exceptions.

Abstract acceptance obligates the author to register and attend the assigned Poster Session.

Abstract withdrawals:

Written notification of withdrawal of an abstract must be received by ECCN 2025 by May 31, 2025 if the abstract cannot be included in the Congress materials. Any withdrawal requests made after May 31, 2025 will be honored by ECCN; however, based on the date of the request, the abstract may be included in the materials, and a “Withdrawn by Author” sign will appear on the poster board.
