Welcome to the SSFH Annual Conference Registration site.
Please read the information below before completing your registration.
Please note, we recommend the use of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to complete your registration. Some of our customers have reported difficulties using Internet Explorer.
The Early Registration deadline is 3rd June 2019. All registrations after this date will be made at the standard registration rate.

Early Rate (Postgraduate*) £110.00
Standard Rate £175.00
Standard Rate (Postgraduate) £130.00
Day Rate £120.00
Day Rate (Postgraduate) £100.00
There will be a Welcome Drinks Reception in The Parkinson Court (main Campus) on the 7th July from 17.00 - 19.00. You will be asked to let us know if you are able to attend when you register.
The SSFH Annual Conference Dinner will be held on Monday 8th July in University House on the main Campus. If you wish to attend the fee for this is £40.00
* Reduced registration rate applies to all Postgraduate students (MA and PhD). ECRs in precarious employment who are either not affiliated to an institution at the time of the conference and/or who do not have access to research funds as part of their employment contracts are also eligible to register using this rate. Please email the conference organisers on ssfh2019@leeds.ac.uk if you have a query about eligibility.
On the following pages you will be able to register, book accommodation and select to attend the conference dinner.
Here is an overview of the steps to complete your registration:
- Click the Register Now button above.
- Enter your email address and select the type of registration you wish to purchase.
- Enter your name, affiliation, and contact details.
- Use this section to let us know about any access or dietary requirements, accommodation notes, or anything else you would like to draw our attention to.
- Select if you wish to attend the Conference Dinner
- Book your accommodation.
- Review your registration summary and select payment type. Click the 'make payment' button to proceed. Please note, if you select to pay by invoice you are required to download your invoice and forward it to your accounts department to process.
- You will be taken to the online payment facility to complete your purchase.
