Baljeet Panesar
IT Legal Services UKIEEMA and Europe DHL Global Business Services

Baljeet Panesar is Senior Legal Counsel at Deutsche Post DHL, working in the IT Legal Services team.  This is her first in-house role, and also a recent move into tech law, as Baljeet previously worked in Dentons’ London office advising on M&A transactions.  Whereas she previously advised on a wide variety of complex M&A transactions, across a range of sectors and jurisdictions, (such as joint ventures, auction sales, re-organisations, privatisations, and M&A in distressed circumstances), her current work diet revolves around saas agreements, master licensing and services agreements and the like, which is a bit of a contrast.
