Best Practices in Sustainability Education
Hybrid conference
British Embassy Vilnius in cooperation with Lithuanian Research Council and UK Consultancy Cormack Consultancy Group is organising a hybrid conference ‘Best Practices in Sustainability Education’.
The aim of this event is to share the best sustainability practices and experience, and explore opportunities to strengthen cooperation between the UK and Lithuanian stakeholders in the fields of science, innovation, and climate change.
The timing of the conference coincides with the UK’s association to the Horizon Europe and Copernicus programmes through a bespoke new agreement with the EU, which opens up new opportunities for further international cooperation between the two regions. Partnership opportunities include not only Horizon Europe but also capacity building and consultancy initiatives for the public sector, and state-funded research and innovation projects.
The event is relevant for universities and research institutions, public sector and industry associations, whose activities are related to climate change, sustainable consumption, circular economy, and sustainability education.
