Registration
Online registration
Due to a limited number of seats, the European Commission will review all submissions. Don't forget to register on this website by the 01/10/18. Make sure you receive a confirmation email before organising your travel and accommodation.
Onsite registration
Registered participants will retrieve their personal badge at the welcome desk upon their arrival. Desk will open at 8.00 on 15/11/18.

Easiest way to get to the egg is to take the train. The train station is located on -2 level in the airport, and you can get off at Brussels Midi/Zuid after a 15-20 min ride.
From Brussels Midi/Zuid
The Egg is located at walking (10min) distance from Brussels Midi/Zuid train and metro station.
From anywhere in Brussels
Easiest way to get to the Egg is to take Metro (2-6) Tram (3-4-51-81-93) or Bus (27-49-50-78) and get off at Brussels Midi/Zuid.
