How the new UK and European FDI screening will impact businesses and investors?
New FDI screening rules were introduced across Europe. In the UK, these new rules fall under the National Security and Investment (NSI) Act, which came into force on 4 January 2022.
The Department for International Trade invited lawyers, legal counsellors and large European businesses to a webinar about the FDI rules across some of the largest European countries.
