Venue

The Signet Library
Parliament Square
Edinburgh
EH1 1RF

The Lower Library, with its columns, cornices, galleries and balustrades, is a splendid space in its own right. By day The Lower Library is a living, working law library, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to relax in, surrounded by historic and contemporary legal and Scottish collections, enjoying an outlook onto Parliament Square and the Royal Mile.

The Upper Library is a magnificent setting for our 3 course Presidential dining experience.  Architectural features include a cupola painting depicting Apollo and the Muses, accompanied by poets, orators, historians and philosophers, a magnificent stained glass window celebrating Queen Victoria's Jubilee, classical columns, ornate cornices, and upper galleries with decorative balustrades. The space is furnished with William Trotter furniture and a splendid Florence Vase, ideal for signature floral arrangement
