Delegates Traveling by Car:

• From M4: Exit J7 at next roundabout and turn left onto A4 (Bath Road). First right at traffic lights to mini-roundabout, turn right. Straight across traffic lights. Proceed until mini-roundabout. Turn left, take first right into Grove Road. Burnham Beeches Hotel is 200 metres on the right-hand side.
• From M40: Exit J2 on A355 southbound to Slough. After Farnham Common, turn right at the second of a pair of mini roundabouts onto Farnham Lane towards Burnham. Turn right at next mini-roundabout onto Britwell Road. Turn right after 100mt into Grove Road. Burnham Beeches Hotel is 200 metres on the right-hand side.

• Burnham Station is the closest train station (5 minute taxi) and full address is: Burnham station, Station Road, Burnham, Buckinghamshire, SL1 6JT
• Slough station is the 2nd closest train station (15 minute taxi) and full address is: Brunel Way, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1XW

Delegates Travelling by Air:

• London Heathrow Airport is 13 miles South East of Burnham Beeches hotel and is approx. a 20 minute taxi journey without traffic

Leisure:

• There is a small leisure club onsite at the Burnham Beaches Hotel which includes a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym
• The Leisure club is located on the Lower Ground floor of the Executive Wing
• Opening times are between 06:00 – 22:00
• Leisure facilities can be accessed using a room key and use is complimentary for all residential guests

Meals:

• All special dietary requirements will be relayed to the Burnham Beeches Hotel as communicated at registration
• All food will be labelled at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which will highlight any allergens so delegates know what foods are suitable for them to consume
