Travel info
Delegates to fly into Edinburgh on Sunday 3 March and return from London, Leeds or Manchester on Friday 8 March (or later).
Included for the delegates:
- Organised programme
- Hotel stay (5 nights) including breakfast in single room
- Coach travel between the cities and meetings
Not included:
Delegates are responsible for:
- Flight bookings
- Transport arrangements on Sunday to the hotel in Edinburgh
- Transport arrangements on Friday from the last hotel to the airport
If delegate is joining later on the mission or need an earlier departure then all the transport arrangements and costs to join / depart the group are responsibility of the delegate.
NB!
Please note that you need a passport to enter the UK and your current passport must remain valid for the entire length of your stay.
