Sustainable Healthcare –
How will the NHS reach Net Zero?

Net zero is one of the most ambitious goals and priorities when it comes to sustainable healthcare.

Greener NHS is committed to delivery of the world’s first net zero health service and to respond to climate change, improving health now and for future generations.

Katherine Calder, Head of Partnerships and Policy alignment for Greener NHS, England, will be visiting Sweden 11th-12th October.

She will be a keynote speaker at the Nordic Sustainable Healthcare Conference in Malmö, followed by a visit to Stockholm, where she will meet with Vinnova (Swedens Innovation Agency) and tour of Karolinska Hospital.

Finally, she will attend an afternoon tea reception at the British Embassy, speaking to Investors about the role and opportunity for innovators in the NHS Net Zero journey, a goal the UK will achieve by 2045.
