Travel ReservationsLivaNova will arrange all airline and train reservations (and airport transfers as required) in line with the following meeting times:Monday May 15th 2023:
- Arrivals by 18:30
- Wecome drinks and dinner 19:00
Tuesday May 16th 2023:
- Registration from 08:30
- Departures from 16:00
Proposed journey details will emailed to you, upon receipt please review and confirm by reply. Once confirmed changes will not be possible.
Approximately one week before the meeting, you will receive an email with a detailed overview of all the arrangements thathave been made for you and other important information regarding this event.ExpensesThe following expenses are covered:
