Nurses registration guidance 

For nurses who want to attend the Nurse symposium on Friday, 2 February only:

1. Click also on the registration button above
2. Select the option "Nurse meeting only - Friday, February 2, 2024"

Then, if you're alraeady a BHS member, click on "BHS Associate Member (incl. Nurses / Junior scientists / Students)" with an entrance fee of 40€.

However, if you're not yet a BHS member and don't want to be, click on "Non-BHS member" with an entrance fee of 60€.

For nurses who want to attend both event days:

1. Click also on the registration button above
2. If you're already a BHS member, click on "BHS member"
3. Then, on the next page, click on "Associate member - 2-day participation" with an entrance fee of 65€

Note: if you're not a BHS member yet and want to attend both days, we kindly ask you to subscribe first to the annual BHS membership.

Payment policy

Please note that your registration will only be valid once full payment is received by the BHS Secretariat. Priority to activities with a limited capacity will be given to those who have paid in full.

All invoices issued must be paid before the start of the Meeting. All amounts are in EURO. Payments should be made by credit card.

All charges for payment transactions are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees. Invoices are only sent by email. Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the BHS Secretariat.

Online Payment

Online payments are accepted by Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Card: Maestro. When encountering problems with credit card payment, we can exceptionally accept payment via wire transfer. To request payment by bank transfer, please contact the BHS registration manager at bhs@seauton-international.com. 

Cancellation conditions

After receipt of the registration confirmation (individual or group registration), 100% cancellation costs apply (no refunds). Cancellations have to be made in writing to the BHS Secretariat via bhs@seauton-international.com. Cancellations made before Thursday, January 18, 2024, will be refunded, less €75,00 including VAT administration costs. Modifications to your conference registration are only possible for non-paying items (depending on availability at the moment of the modification).
