Age Inclusion for Managers

About the event

Age Scotland’s Age Inclusion for Managers workshop is a 3-hour interactive workshop which will provide an opportunity to learn about Age Inclusion and to develop skills around managing difficult conversations.

The purpose of the workshops is to:

• raise awareness of ageism in the workplace and the potential consequences for organisations and individuals
• explore what you can do as an individual to co-create an age inclusive working environment
• develop skills in handling challenging workplace conversations around age

The workshop will provide you with some research data and ideas for developing your knowledge, skills and understanding further.  There will be time for questions at the end of the session.
