Damien Dhellemmes

Cluster President - Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei
Damien Dhellemmes is the Cluster President for Schneider Electric Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. In this role, Damien is responsible for the alignment of corporate strategy and business orientation, as well as oversight of all commercial initiatives, operations and implementation. Prior to this role, Damien led the end-to-end Supply Chain organisation for Schneider Electric in East-Asia Japan and Pacific across 18 countries. He first joined Schneider Electric 25 years ago, and had since held various positions in the Supply Chain function of manufacturing, logistics, as well as procurement and sourcing. Having lived in Asia for 16 years, Damien has diverse experience in the region; he moved to Singapore in the summer of 2013 after spending four years in Bangalore, India, and five years in Shanghai, China. Damien holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from ISEN, as well as an MBA from the EDHEC Business School in France.

Wai Meng Lee

Managing Director
Er. Lee Wai Meng graduated from the University of Singapore in 1987 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is an Electrical professional engineer and EMA licensed electrical engineer of 230kV grade in Singapore. Since 2000, he has been doing online and offline partial discharge measurement for HV cables, transformers, switchgears and motors. He is currently the Managing Director of ON Engineers Pte Ltd. With staff strength of 110, the company provides solutions to the electrical power industry.

Swapnil Dubey

Senior Scientist
Dr Swapnil Dubey is currently working as a Senior Research Fellow and Team Leader at Energy Research Institute at NTU (ERI@N), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dr Dubey has 9+ years of experience in working in the areas of smart and sustainable building designs, building automation, air-conditioning and indoor air quality, solar thermal, solar photovoltaics, thermal energy storage and co-generation system in building applications. In ERI@N, Dr Dubey is leading team of research staffs working on multiple research projects funded through various industries and government agencies to develop innovative commercial energy efficient solutions for adoption in tropical climate of Singapore. Prior to joining ERI@N, he worked at Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS), Singapore as a Research Scientist and developed new technologies for co-generation of electricity and hot water using solar energy under tropical climates. Dr Dubey has published over 40 research papers in peer-reviewed journals, filed 3 patents, and published 2 books. Dr Dubey is also co-supervising PhD students in NTU and mentored over 20 final year project (FYP) undergrad students. Dr Dubey has received his Doctorate (PhD) degree in Solar Photovoltaic Thermal system from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India in 2009. He received his Master’s degree in Energy Studies also from IIT Delhi and Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering from DAVV University, India.
