The HRD Corp Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL) Scheme is a programme in Malaysia that allows companies to send their employees for conferences and training at no extra cost, meaning Malaysian delegates are able to attend for free as part of an employee training programme.

ICIS has received approval from HRD Corp for this event to be claimable under the Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL) scheme for eligible employers. 

Employers registered with Kumpulan Wang Pembangunan Sumber Manusia (KWPSM) may apply for a training grant through the e-TRiS system by selecting ‘Non-Registered Training Provider Details – Overseas’ under the Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL) scheme and attaching the HRD Corp approval letter as a supporting document.
