We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 14th International Beam Instrumentation Conference (IBIC). IBIC will come to the UK and take place in the beautiful city of Liverpool between 7th – 11th September 2025. The conference will be jointly hosted by STFC, the John Adams Institute, and the Cockcroft Institute.
IBIC is a thriving and successful assembly of the global beam instrumentation community, showcasing the maturity of international collaboration in the field of beam instrumentation for accelerators. It is dedicated to addressing the physics and engineering challenges involved in beam diagnostic and measurement techniques for particle accelerators around the world.
IBIC 2025 is expected to attract over 200 scientists and engineers from research laboratories and institutions around the world, who are active in the world’s beam instrumentation community.
The exhibits will consist of product manufacturers and service providers and will be held in conjunction with the technical conference.
To maximize exposure, the exhibition hall will host all poster sessions, refreshment breaks, and the Welcome Reception.
Running alongside the scientific programme will be a dedicated exhibitors programme. Exhibitors will find out about the services, collaborative opportunities, and funding mechanisms available across the host institutes, gaining a deeper understanding of the particle accelerator landscape across the UK.
Don't miss this exceptional opportunity to present your company's latest products, services and techniques in an intimate setting to a large, technically knowledgeable audience.
Add this important event to your calendar, and please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions.
We look forward to seeing you in Liverpool!
