Important Dates

Cancellation

In case of booth cancellation received before 15th April 2025 registration cost after deduction of £500 administrative fee.

In case of booth cancellation received after 15th April 2025 registration cost shall be refunded only if the booth can be resold; otherwise, no refunds will be given.

Request for cancellation of the booth reservation and/or sponsorship must be in an official signed written document and sent to the Committee via an email: IBIC2025@stfc.ac.uk

Booth Etiquette

During exhibition opening hours, booths should be attended by an authorised representative, technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.

The conference reserves the right to remove any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.

Sub-letting

Exhibitors will not be allowed to sublet booths or portions of booths to non-registered companies or individuals.

Compliance

The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with all pertinent ordinances, resolutions and codes of duly authorised local and national law concerning fire, safety and health, together with the rules and regulations of the conference location.

Hold Harmless

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor's activities during the conference and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the conference organiser, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Company Logo

All sponsors are required to supply an electronic version of their logo for inclusion in the conference programme and IBIC 2025 website.
