Cancellation policy

The registration is only confirmed once the payment has been received.

• All cancellations must be requested by email (esa@beyond-associations.be)
• A 60 € administrative cancellation fees will be deducted for any cancellation received before the 11th of April 2025
• No refund will be made for all cancellations received after the 13th of April 2025

Confirmation

• In case of an individual booking, the participant will receive an email confirmation when the registration is final.
• In case of a group booking the registration confirmation can be sent to the group responsible or to the individual delegate, depending on the email address that is filled out in the field "Email Correspondence" on the first page of the registration form.

Accreditation

We are please to inform you that SGC-SSC has granted 15 credits for the ESA Annual Meeting programme.
