Multiple Sclerosis Nurses at the Limits is financially supported by way of grants or sponsorship from the pharmaceutical industry. Our sponsors have no involvement in the organisation of this event, or the selection of speakers or topics which are handled entirely independently by the event Chairs. Sponsors are invited to send a delegation of senior company representatives to attend, and their role is simply to continue building the crucial understanding between academia and industry in a scientific setting. Full disclosure of sponsors is on the event website and available at the venue during the event.
Sponsors will host pharmaceutical industry promotional satellite symposia. The sessions are clearly marked on the agenda and will be introduced on-site.
With a deep understanding of the challenges facing MS Nurses, the chairs bring a wealth of experience to the task of leading the event. In creating the meeting, they have drawn upon their personal awareness of the disease area, the ongoing knowledge shared by colleagues and the feedback from previous gatherings to ensure that the meeting is highly relevant and enjoyable for the Nurse community.
This meeting is endorsed and supported by the Lancet, The Lancet Neurology and eClinicalMedicine.
